Published models are trained on European and East Asian cohorts. GCC patients differ in prevalence and presentation (celiac, Behçet's, distinct IBD phenotypes), so calibration drifts.
We partner with Saudi GI groups to build an annotated dataset, train detection models on it, and validate against local reads. Every step has a physician owner.
