A rumour and a confirmed event look the same on a screen
People talk about outbreaks, vaccines and food safety online long before anything reaches a formal report. Reading that discussion by hand does not work: it is scattered across several platforms, nobody can say which topic is growing this week and which is fading, and the report for leadership is written one at a time, usually after the moment has passed.
Public posts, news, search interest and official bulletins come in around the clock. Each item is filed under a health topic and a region, and questions from the public are marked. An event counts only when an official or independent source confirms it, and whatever is still unresolved is shown as unresolved rather than hidden. Briefings and reports come out on schedule, in both languages, and a supervisor can send a graded alert to staff by email, WhatsApp or SMS.

Data and safety
Public posts, news and official notices only, with no private accounts and no direct messages. Community findings describe topics and regions in aggregate, and no individual is profiled. An alert goes out only when a supervisor confirms it: the platform drafts, your staff approve. Access is by invitation, with named accounts and separate roles for viewers, supervisors and administrators. Community signals supplement official surveillance and never replace it.
